Keysora AI practice
Welcome to a practice that puts AI where it actually moves your numbers.
We audit where AI pays off, train your team to work with it, and build the features on Claude.
As a full-cycle product studio, we treat AI as a means to a business outcome — never as a feature to announce.
Services
Three services. Every one ends with something your team owns.
AI Audit
Find the
real one.
Two weeks looking at your product, funnel and team routine — then a straight answer on where AI moves a number and where it is a distraction.
2 weeks, fixed scope.
Start here if the decision is not made yet.
Team Enablement
Habits,
not decks.
Training on your own backlog, not toy examples. Product managers, designers and engineers leave able to do the work without us.
4 weeks, up to 15 people.
Private Slack channel throughout.
Build on Claude
Ship it,
measure it.
Design and engineering as one team, putting an AI feature into production — with the evaluation and monitoring that keeps it trustworthy.
From 6 weeks, full cycle.
Source files and infrastructure are yours.
Our stack of choice
We build on Anthropic's Claude.
One model family we know deeply beats five we know shallowly. Claude is our default for assistants, agents and anything that touches a customer — chosen for long-context reasoning, tool use and a safety posture we can explain to your legal team.
When a project needs something else — a local model, a cheaper classifier, a vision pipeline — we say so in the audit.
- Long context
- Whole codebases and document sets in one pass.
- Tool use
- Agents that touch your real systems, with limits.
- Evals first
- We measure quality before you announce anything.
- Analytics
- Amplitude wired in, so AI features prove their value.
Data-driven approach
Every AI feature ships with a metric attached.
As an Amplitude certified partner, we instrument before we launch. Event taxonomy, funnels and cohorts are set up while the feature is still in design — so the release argument is a number, not an opinion.
- Event taxonomy
- One naming scheme your whole team can read a year from now.
- Before and after
- Baseline funnels captured before the AI feature exists.
- Cohorts
- Who actually uses it, who returns, who quietly ignores it.
- Unit economics
- Token cost per session against the revenue it defends.
Kazakhstan & Central Asia
Built for teams in Almaty, Astana and the wider region.
AI projects in Kazakhstan fail on local details, not on models: which language the customer writes in, where the data is allowed to sit, what a bank's compliance team will accept. We have shipped fintech, banking, CRM/HR and edtech products in the region and plan around those constraints from the first week.
- Russian, Kazakh, English
- Assistants tested on all three, including mixed-language input and Kazakh diacritics.
- Data residency
- We map what may leave the country and design the pipeline around it before a line of code.
- Your timezone
- Working hours overlap fully with Almaty and Astana — no overnight handoffs.
- Tenge or dollars
- Local invoicing and documents, or standard USD contracts — whichever your finance team needs.
Our Approach
How an engagement actually runs.
-
Step 1A call, within the hour
You book a slot, we reply in 20–60 minutes and talk through the problem before anyone signs anything.
-
Step 2Private Slack channel
One channel for your project. Every update, question and file lands there — no status meetings.
-
Step 3First drafts in 5–7 days
You see the direction early. If it is wrong, you cancel and get a full refund — the same terms as the main studio.
-
Step 4Handover you own
Prompts, code, design files, dashboards, credentials. Nothing stays locked in our accounts.
Plans
Clear numbers, no contracts.
Start with the audit if you are not sure AI belongs in your product yet. Skip straight to a build if you already know what to ship.
Fixed price
Audit & Enablement
For teams that want to know what is worth building — and to be able to build it themselves afterwards.
Full cycle
Build on Claude
For teams with the decision made and a date to hit. One cross-functional team from research to launch.
FAQ
Questions we get every week.
Do we need an AI strategy before talking to you?
No. That is what the audit is for. Most teams arrive with a list of ideas from different stakeholders and no way to compare them — we turn that into a ranked backlog with real cost and effort attached.
What if the audit says AI is not worth it?
Then we write that down and tell you what to fix instead. A two-week audit that stops a six-month build is the cheapest thing on this page.
Who owns the prompts, code and data?
You do — all of it, including source files, evaluation sets and infrastructure access. Your data stays in your accounts; we work inside your environment wherever your policy requires it.
Do you work with companies in Kazakhstan?
Yes — Almaty, Astana and the wider Central Asian market, in Russian, Kazakh or English. Local invoicing in tenge, full timezone overlap, and planning around Kazakh data-residency rules from the first week.
What does a data-driven approach to AI mean here?
Every AI feature launches with a metric attached. We are an Amplitude certified partner: events are named, baseline funnels captured and cohorts defined before release, so you can see the effect on conversion, retention and cost to serve instead of arguing about it.
How is this different from keysora.com?
Same team, same terms, narrower question. The main studio takes a product from idea to first users; this practice deals specifically with where AI belongs in it — and it can be bolted onto any Keysora engagement.

No pressure, just a friendly chat about your big idea.
